When you make a purchase (Shop/Programs): Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
When you fill out a form: Name, email address, phone number, and any other information you provide through forms on our website (powered by Fluent Forms).
When you sign up for a masterclass or event: When you register through our Facebook or Instagram form, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We use this to send you the Zoom joining link, reminders, and occasional updates about future sessions. We may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
When you subscribe to our email list: Your email address is stored and managed through Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for newsletters and updates.
When you message us on WhatsApp: Our website uses Joinchat to connect you with us on WhatsApp. Your phone number and messages are processed through WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy.
When you browse our website: We use Burst Statistics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our site. It does not use cookies for tracking and does not collect personally identifiable information.
