The content on this website, including blog posts, social media content, programs, masterclasses, and consultations, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Shruti Sethi is a holistic health coach, not a licensed medical professional. Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, or treatment plan.

3. Programs and Consultations
Our coaching programs (Cancer Nutrition Program, Post Cancer Nutrition Program, Other Chronic Diseases) and one-on-one consultations provide personalised guidance based on holistic health principles. Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.
By enrolling in a program or booking a consultation, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions and are participating with the knowledge of your treating physician where applicable.
4. Masterclasses and Events
Masterclasses and webinars are educational sessions. The information shared is based on research and personal experience, not medical prescription. Attendance does not create a coach-client relationship.
Zoom links and session details are for registered participants only and should not be shared or redistributed.
5. Products and Shop
Products sold through our store (including the Awaana Nourish Cookbook and other items) are subject to availability. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.
For digital products: once delivered, digital products are non-refundable as they cannot be returned.
For physical products: if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at shruti@awaanahealth.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (India), Stripe, or PayPal (international). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Programs and Consultations: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before the first session has been delivered. Once a session has been conducted, that portion is non-refundable. Contact shruti@awaanahealth.com for refund requests.
Masterclasses: If a paid masterclass is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, but we may offer access to a recording where available.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, videos, program materials, recipes, and the Awaana Nourish Cookbook, is the intellectual property of Shruti Sethi and Awaana Health.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as saving a recipe for your own kitchen) is permitted.
